Nutrient Water Elixir


Not into plain water? Try this refreshing thirst quencher that also aids digestion and metabolism. 

INGREDIENTS:

8 cups water 1 cucumber cut into slices 1 lemon cut into slices, seeds removed 1 tablespoon shredded ginger 1 handful fresh mint

DIRECTIONS:  steep mint and ginger in 1/2 cup of boiling water for about 10 minutes.  In a pitcher pour in remaining water, lemon slices and cucumber slices.  Add the ginger mint tea to the pitcher and stir well.   Let it sit for at least 15 minutes before drinking. Enjoy!
