Ah, the fountain of youth, and what we do in search of it! As I get older it becomes more elusive every year, and I become more impassioned to find it! However, I've come to realize that it's truly not just one thing in particular, but an active combination of lifestyle habits and good quality "helpers" along the way. You see, I'm not one for anything invasive...like at all. And as you may already know, being the Fit Foodie, I'm also not one for toxins.
